He visited the Google Kenya office in Nairobi and then did a brief talk at the local tech hub, iHub, where someone asked him what his opinion was on bearing an uncanny resemblance to the architect of the matrix, I don't think he had watched the movie because the question escaped him. It's worth pointing out he was hard of hearing so may be he just didn't hear it clearly.
> A new Resmed machine is inaudible to my ears. But after 1-2 years, all 3 of mine has developed some kind of noise.
This is my experience, I've tried swapping out tubes, the water container, but the noise is just unbearable and I can't even fall asleep while wearing it.
He is also 56 years old and has the muscle definition of a man in his 20s, when biology shows building and retaining that kind of quality muscle at that age is very difficult even with a history of physical fitness. I'll just say it, he's probably on TRT or some other gear..
Everyone does have the right to seek forgiveness from God, and He does forgive "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" https://nasb.literalword.com/?q=1+John+1%3A9, but in the same breath human beings are subject to government and the rules that go with it because God has given that authority "Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God." https://nasb.literalword.com/?q=Romans+13%3A1 If one willingly takes the life of an innocent human being with full knowledge that by that action they forfeit the right to live then it's a fitting consequence.
I put baby diapers on recurring order every X weeks, it just worked, and Amazon would inform me that there was an upcoming order and give me the time to either move the date or cancel it. Super convenient for working parents!
I gave this a spin and asked Dora to generate for me a landing page for an event ticketing website. Totally understand this a beta product and may be I expected more, but what it generated wasn't very appealing, may be I need to provide more detailed description in the prompt. The mobile breakpoints are very confusing IMHO, even with the help page.
Turns out when you register, you get 100 "credits", each prompt generates 4 landing pages, to preview the generated landing page will eat up 20 credits, not to worry you can invite a friend and get 200 additional credits..I kid you not!
> SSN is voluntary. USA passport application has a spot for SSN and it may be left blank or may accidentally contain rando numbers (I have done both). TSA full body scan is also voluntary, along with voluntary showing ID at their (Soviet era) checkpoints.
I had to do a quick check on this TSA scan just to confirm that an opt out was possible, seems they changed the language back in 2015 https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/privacy... (page 3) to make it less optional. Basically it sounds like you can say NO, but they can override your NO for whatever reason..
"TSA is updating the AIT PIA to reflect a change to the operating protocol regarding the ability of individuals to opt out of AIT screening in favor of physical screening. While passengers may generally decline AIT screening in favor of physical screening, TSA may direct mandatory AIT screening for some passengers as warranted by security considerations in order to safeguard transportation security."
Who pays for this magical UBI? Pretty sure you'd have to at some point increase taxes for the very people you're trying to "help" in order to give them back that $1000
> “State with the most humanely-sourced pork” seems like an accolade that’s just as fitting.
Which no one can afford except the ultra rich in turn punishing the middle class who buy pork because its an affordable source of protein, but hey as long as the pigs are getting their additional space!
