You wouldn't be implementing anything in software. The hardware would have decoding built in, so it's really just a question of choosing a bluetooth audio soc with the codecs you want and paying the licensing fees.

Immobilizers were a standard feature on cars for decades. If you went to buy a car, no one was putting immobilizer on the list of features, and they certainly wouldn't let you try breaking the ignition lock on a test drive.
If they had advertised that their vehicles were insecure, then sure, it's on the buyer, but they didn't.
If you decide to do that, make sure you use something rated to handle that kind of load. The cheaper ones really aren't meant for more than switching on and off some lights.

Not my experience. I'm sure it depends a bit on your carrier, but on T-Mobile it was easy to order a data sim for a tablet from their website. Setting up a smart watch was even easier with eSIM, it just sets up everything for you when you pair with your phone.
I guess it depends on what fans you're running, but 1 A should be enough for at least 3 of the most commonly used ones. Noctua lists max input current for all their fans, and even the high speed industrial ones are only 0.18 A.
Methane is fairly short-lived in the atmosphere, at only 12 years, so it probably wouldn't be particularly effective at terraforming mars. Perfluorocarbons or sulfur hexafluoride can stick around for thousands of years, so they would probably be a better place to start.
At speed, most of your power is going to fight drag, so aerodynamics make a much bigger difference in efficiency.
