It feels like intellectual dishonesty when it's not declared at the top of the article. I have no issues with AI, when the authors are honest about their usage. But if you stamp your name to an article without clear mention that LLMs wrote at least a significant piece of it, it feels dishonest and I disconnect from it.
Or honesty about the author. If it's written by ChatGPT, say that. If I start to read an article with the expectation of it being written by a human, then see something like this, I instantly check out.

Very few people are switching to Bluesky so they don't have their data scraped for AI models. X has become a messy cesspool of spammy ads, toxic comments, and an owner intent on making it his personal echo chamber.

Property and real estate have a different utility, in that it provides one of the most foundational needs a person requires. It's not the same as a chinese investment firm buying up various asset classes, non-native investors buying up real estate that could provide shelter to native citizens is a problem.
