This is why the "oppressed" don't listen to their over-educated saviors. Its buzzword bombing namedropping tired crap, like most continental philosophy.
When they say it is because you are young, that's a lie. They treat the other young workers like rock stars. When they say it is because everyone gets the same benefits, that's a lie because the others would be complaining too, at least among each other. When they only listen to your advice when they are forced to by reality, begrudgingly, that is real. You can read it on their faces and in their mannerisms.

If only I felt that way about one thing. Imagine it being your entire life, and knowing that every time you do fit in it was through conscious effort. Wild.
It is babies first philosophy: the anime. Nothing wrong with liking it, the problem comes when people think it is deeper than it actually is. It is quaint when viewed through current affairs, and much like the article, absolute thesaurus bait pretending to be something more.
