I'd like to know what a malformed command is. If the program accepts it, it accepts it. This sounds like more explicit disclosure of a designed feature (admin via telnet).
Could Google's records be fabricated? If there are separate logging chips, one would get access to all schematics, fabrication facilities, etc. in order to even consider any Google claims based on data collected through such methods.
Twitter manipulates search results. I've been looking at a live tweet, searched for a hashtag in that tweet, and Twitter said there were no matching Tweets.
I'm still not sure it's true that an inconsistent logic can prove anything. Certainly an inconsistent logic contains contradictory proofs, but I don't think every inconsistent logic can be used to "prove" any arbitrary theorem.

A better, in my opinion, English translation of the univalence axiom is, "identity is equivalent to equivalency" (formally, [(A=B)~(A~B)]). You can find this translation in the HoTT book[0].
By definition, there is. It's called Internet Protocol. Data doesn't move on the Internet without it.
