I'm working on a technical interview service that brings up a real production environment and also lets users use agents and our system tells the interviewer how the candidate really did.
Also, in this environment, users can have a full cluster with Kubernetes, Docker, or normal Linux, with a database and all sorts of dependencies.

Before the current company that I'm working with (they forced me to use mac for day to day jobs, we can call this Unix as well but I don't like it), I used to use Linux for everything. Literally everything. My da is old but even he is comfortable with Linux distributions... But I liked the way this Author described Unix
Debian can be a really great base for something like this. But I just assumed that most people are more comfortable working with something like Ubuntu.
You are right, I should update readme for more detail. but mainly there is no dm ( display manager ) also I didn't add most of the gnome related packages
The main issue is it is not consistent with Jira, Github, and other famous services. I think these services should create a cross-editor and all other services should use it. it is really socks to use a different editor in each place
work on nosql db like mongodb and relational like postgresql and mysql
i love debian and debian based but work with freebsd and archlinux too ;)
