Free upgrades to any future version? Sure.. Let's just hope she don't decide to switch to another publishing platform and ask the users to buy the app again.
A couple months ago I coded a server side version of the readability bookmarklet. I made it to be able to link to a page and have it converted by the script. http://cold-sunrise-39.heroku.com/
There's also a bookmarklet there so you can easily process urls.
I think the question would be if there's any invoicing app that supports moneybrookers, not which one is the best.
Personally I use blinksale for my invoicing needs. Its well done and simple. A more complete (feature-wise) version is in the works, but who knows when they will launch it.
