Many jurisdictions aren’t built around case law, and judges tend to focus on their own personal interpretation of written legislation instead of focusing on precedents. It can therefore take many more years until legal consensus forms on a given issue.
So I can see why e.g. a German institution would choose act more conservatively than one from countries with a background in common law.

This is the correct answer. `ic(foo(123))` can be written as `print(f'{foo(123)=}')` without depending on yet another third-party library which is not pulling its weight.
I wonder when they're finally going to one-up each other with the 18650 model number itself? Make it 18660, 19650 or 18650000!

I can confirm. DataDome has been making my life a living hell. It thinks my phone is a bot, so I can no longer use PayPal and other quasi-monopoly services while on the go. DataDome will reliably block me on the first request.
