Just one of a number of things wrong with the overuse of this word. I can’t be the only one who gags everytime someone mentions “content” or worse, the phrase “consuming content” which is just gross and stupid

Cannot stand the term either, so many problems with it. For one it completely lacks any kind of precision... and the idea of 'consuming content' is just gross and stupid.
Exercise helps more than anything I’ve ever found - I don’t mean small amounts I mean exercising till you’re sweating your bits off. Post-exercise you feel ready to CRUSH if you know what I mean :) I feel your pain my friend.
