This is probably what the article is referring to. Before the incident Peterson was a respected academic psychologist, but was widely criticized for his amateur legal analysis of C-16. He has since continued to ruin his reputation by making transphobic tweets about Elliot Page, body shaming the plus sized model Yumi Nu, climate change denial, and generally expressing right wing views on a range of issues.
It's called a search engineer, and this isn't left to people's own discretion because they don't have the time or inclination to make their own search engines / recommendation engines.
It basically endorses homeopathy which has been thoroughly debunked by evidence based medicine. Nothing it says is incorrect from a rigorous reading, but relying on a rigorous reading of your propaganda is no defense against spreading misinformation.

Pretty sure this isn't true. Reconverting a former customer is cheaper than converting new customers from an advertising perspective. I wouldn't imagine that social media customers are any different.
I will say that it is generally cheaper to keep an existing customer than to re-covert them later, but that's a separate issue.
I imagine the case here is that people downloaded threads to check it out, and then stopped using it because the network wan't as large as Twitters'.
