No they're not. You have to manually install the closed source Google frameworks and apps -- so if they're "in place", it's only because you put them there yourself.
You have too much data. Archiving music/photos/movies is so pointless in this day and age, which I'm willing to bet what a lot of it is. Delete 95% of the photos and all of the movies. You now have about 100MB of actual, unique data, which fits nicely on a flash drive. It's ok, no need to thank me.
