being developped using PhoneGap, it would be nice to have some feedback on how easy the porting from iOs was, and what kind of tools / js framework they used !
same here, i tried many apps and web apps a few months ago and i ended up saving ihackernews.com on the springboard. It is perfect (except that you can't see the older posts).
this brings up a terrible question about the web industry.. How are we supposed to keep our faith in what we do when we are usually surrounded by clients who clearly don't understand anything about our job and will not be happy no matter how hard you work on a project ?
