That seems to happen a lot. Every time something gets posted it seems to get down. That said, I'm pretty sure it's just one guy managing it all as a side project, so it makes sense that he wouldn't want to pay for an expensive host for all the traffic he gets.
Not yet, but they're getting to be. I've seen a few pop up for Halloween this year then there's a few touristy cities out there that permanently have them.

Man, there are so many choices for things like this these days. Meteor is kinda my go-to, but this does look pretty nifty. That said, I think I'm better of sticking with what I know while it's still in it's infancy than jumping from stack to stack.
Wow. Just looking at the site gives me a 2003 headache. There's no clear indication of what you can do or where to go. It's just aching for a redesign at the very least.
