I haven't found many resources to impart this particular skill. However, two activites come to mind:
1. Read. Extensively.
2. Write. Learn to put thoughts into words as frequently as possible.
Saw this after a heartbreaking defeat my home team suffered in the sport Cricket. The article turned out to be something else entirely. A bit of a shock, and a pleasant surprise.

As with most tech, it does seem like a Pandora's Box in terms of outcomes. Especially regulatory/safety issues.
I come from India, where median folks have a complete and utter disregard for traffic rules and safety regulations. I can't begin to think how we would adopt a technology like this. I mean, how would we start, how would traffic merge? Can we restrict/regulate the flow of vehicles in thin air?
The fact that this is a tech+social problem interests me even more.

If I had to nitpick, it would be the fact that Linux is unfortunately a second class citizen. However, I do see that support for mainstream distros is available. Can you possibly shed some light on that and be a bit more specific? What distros have you tested? What are the outcomes?
Cloud foundry offers their old(er) architecture as well as 2 ways to get the “cf push” experience over Kubernetes. Check out KubeCF and cf-for-k8s. Both of these are open source projects that you can deploy to a Kubernetes infrastructure of choice.
