Jellyfin also functions as a dlna media server so might be enough to get the job done (depending on what you're using it for). I use Jellyfin dlna with my Samsung TV to stream OTA, iptv, ipcams, movies and recorded TV. I have a bunch of other devices in the house that can access it this way as well.
Charles is an http proxy only - it does not capture any other protocols. Good for general app debugging, but did not fit the bill when I recently tried to dig into traffic coming out of my shady ip camera.

The finance industry mainly uses OFX as the standard for online access to statements/transaction downloads (as does quicken, QuickBooks and gnucash...etc). Some banks do not support it and others go through aggregators to provide access.
You are doing people a huge disservice by identifying the companies you listed as "the finance industry". They are scraping data (in most cases against TOS) and exposing it as a paid API service.
It's a terrible state of affairs that easy access to ownership of this critical data is so hard to come by and has essentially forced people to give up their most valuable credentials to in a lot of cases unknown or untrustworthy parties.
At least mint has partnered with some banks that actually provide supported APIs for transaction data (Chase), but that is so far from the norm right now it makes me queasy.
I use the uBlock origin badge in my browser as a proxy for making page judgements - I avoid revisiting sites with a high number (>5?) of blocked elements...
The two biggest drawbacks of Caseta for me were the vendor lock-in, and the cheap feeling switches.
With Z-wave you can pick your hub and devices. If things don't work how you want out of the box, chances are someone has already written the code you need for whatever hub you're using. If not, you can write it yourself.

There has been active public development on ReactXP [1] for months now. It supposedly works with React-Native and React-Native-[Windows|macos].
Considering the amount of work being done in public on React-Native-Windows [2], it looks like this is turning into one of their (intended or not) version of cross-platform (using web technologies) dev stack.
I'm not an active user of either, but have been following this story since the HP Touchpad firesale.
The LuneOS project seems to be more of a viable spiritual successor to WebOS than WebOS itself, and has been under slow but active development since the split.
It is based on modern and open projects (where possible), with an android compatibility layer which should hopefully reduce app gap issues.
But doesn't a business have to, at some point, meet a minimum level of efficiency to still be viable? Do subsidies and mandates make up for all that slack?
These are some massive sub-assemblies being carted all over the world...it's surprising to me that there aren't more localized efficiencies, or that this global Lego set doesn't always have more missing pieces than its worth.
