I've developed a Chrome extension that generates comprehensive trading performance reports specifically focused on US stock exchanges. The project is open source, and I'm eager to gather feedback and involve more individuals passionate about investing or helping others in making better investment decisions. Now is the perfect time to assess your profit or loss, optimizing for potential tax benefits.
I've always wondering why Robinhood does not offer Profit/Loss reports on my trading history. Decided to build a Chrome extension for that over the holiday season and found out that options P/L calculation is more complicated than I expected when options events(expiration, exercise, and assignment) are count.
I think I got this working but would love to have some eyes on it from experts :) Please lmk if you are interested!
Thank you for the comment! To be honest with you, I didn't expect to get this much traction but that's something I have been thinking about a lot lately for the future of the product. I'm still not sure the exact path of monetizing the product yet but I know I want After Interview to help people to get the job they want rather than selling data to companies.
Currently, companies can claim their company pages but exchange for uploading a company logo, description and maybe job listing.
