I don't know if the timing is right, but I think what you have to understand here is that all of this is the beginning of the end for the trucking company as you know it.
The only thing that article tells me is that if I want to know anything about this I need to read the paper. I think it's an interesting subject and they could have made a good article but this is just lazy reporting.
Mhh, ok. I remember an oxfam report of 2016 that stated that the wealth of the 62 richest people in the world was equal to the wealth of the poorest half of the world’s population.
Seeds are not free and are becoming more and more expensive.
Fertilizer is overused for sure but the alternative to not using so much is fallow land or at least permaculture which certainly won't be adopted tomorrow.
You also forget pesticides, crop insurance, storage, etc
Audio, monitor detection, battery life, etc. are not solved problems though.
Linux is mostly fine, but there is still a lot of little things that makes it "painful" to use on a day to day basis.
