When did Udacity fell off the MOOC discourse? That's my first experience with MOOCs; have fond memories learning robotics with Sebastian Thrun there. I used to prefer its short lesson and frequent quiz too.
Who came up with this term? There's no reverse in that definition. I'd expect a reverse acquihire to be something like windsurf getting Google people and absorbing google. Maybe something like Boeing and McDonnell Douglas.
It's actually just doing the hire but omitting the acqui. Maybe truncated acquihire if they had to have acquihire in the term.

How about RSS? Each channel has RSS, and iirc it has only failed once (as in, a few days with no updates even though there were new videos) in the last 4-5 years. I don't use Youtube's system for following channels anymore, I just have a YouTube 'subscriptions' category on my feedly.
I use a more simplistic solution: I bind a keyboard shortcut to uBO's element zapper so I can just zap sticky headers as I find them. I have to zap for every repeat visit, but the same shortcut works for zapping sticky sidebar videos or other undesirable elements too.
We can try turning old monasteries into concents à la Neal Stephenson's Anathem. People can go for a year in a unarian math to just study. Maybe a four consecutive years in such a math get equivalent recognition to a university degree. Whether it is the traditional monastic discipline or the Cartasian discipline, the required basic infrastructure is probably similar. Jeejahs stay outside, of course.
Particularly determined professors can populate a decennarian, maybe even a centenarian. Also, isn't there only about 9 years before our scheduled visit by the Icosahedron?
