The reason is roughly that there were devastating food shortages in the world wars, and avoiding that happening again has been an important force in Dutch politics since.
I don't believe UK social housing has any work requirements, it is just massively oversubscribed, such that you need to be very vulnerable to realistically be offered council housing. You do have to pay (below market rate) rent, so you probably need to be searching for work or have been declared to have limited capability for work or work related activities to get a benefit to pay for your social housing. I think there's some state where they've decided no one will hire you for minimum wage, but you're otherwise able so you have to do some kind of volunteering.
I believe 4chan is taking ofcom to court for trying to restrict their first amendment rights rather than blocking the UK, at least I'm still able to access it without a vpn.
An atmosphere reduces the amount of fuel needed to land, because you can use aerobraking to slow down rather than carry fuel to do it. See the Apollo return capsule, which landed without any rockets, only parachutes and a heat shield.
I've heard from a clinical psychologist and also from a bunch of people on the internet that the symptoms of BDP are often presented by (especially female) traumatized autists, and they run a high risk of being misdiagnosed with BDP. and based on the diagnosed (entirely AFAB) autistic people I know socially none of them show any signs of being unaware of or unmotivated by social validation.
Also there is a high overlap between autism and ADHD, many people have both characterizing them as opposite ends of a spectrum sounds like a stretch.
I got a certificate error you might want to look into:
> Web sites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for www.iso100mm.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: img.iso100mm.com, iso100mm.com
You can't halve the temperature of something by halving its measument in Celcius, because the celcius starts at some arbitary point above absolute zero.
50 degrees celcius is 86% as hot as the boiling point of water, not 50%.
There have been some studies recently screening older people who grew up with more restrictive diagnostic criteria for autism that suggest that increasing rates of autism diagnosis are likely purely the result of changing diagnostic criteria and increased awareness rather than increased prevalence of austism.
You can't copyright a recipe, the thing reason it doesn't make sense for Pepsi to make an exact duplicate of coke is that Coke is better at selling Coke that Pepsi is, and it's better for them to be a niche alternative some people prefer than to be an undifferentiated competititor. Reverse engineering trade secrets is perfectly legal if you haven't agreed otherwise.
40 crashes per million flights has still got to be better than current road safety, at a very rough calculation the US for example had 128 road deaths per million people, which I'm admittedly not sure how to convert to make a fair comparison.
I think rule 12 covers the vowel, and then rule 20 explains why it's sï+ not skï+ but I could be wrong about whether the vowel is a front vowel or not.
I don't think the internet can funciton as a public platform, which it both is and should continue to be, without allowing infrastucture providers to provide services without being selective in who they provide them to.
Also the details of America's legal implementation of the principle of free speach don't resolve the moral debate over what constitutes censorship, especially in regards to a global platform like the internet.
If you own the copyright to the application then you do not need a license to use it. The case where you would be violating a license would be if someone else owns the copyright to parts of the application, for example because you accepted code from external contributers under the AGPL, or reused other AGPL code.
On the other hand I am almost always annoyed at apps opening websites in SFSafariViewController, and would prefer to be able to completely disable it and have it always open in the real browser.
They want to be able to process both the material they prototyped with and the material they started with (straw) and the material they tried to scale up with (corn cobs), and probably any kind of plant matter that has less structural integrity than say, timber.
