A company with that size won't be able to having support that can actually assist you without going back to the technical team. You have to think of that... its not just press 1 button finished...
paypal shut off my account, cause 9 of the users that purchased my product wanted a refund claiming it wasn't their purchase... I had over 10.000 purchases at that time...
I provided proof that the customers received the product and there is no policy of refund in virtual products as well, and paypal never refunded those customers.
But paypal saw me as a liability that they couldn't take... Cause they couldnt actually manage their own customers...
Highly disagree with your studies, my experience in life has shown that poor people are much happier than anyone.
(poor people without desires) not the ones that want to be rich. That kind of poor people are the ones that live next to very healthy ones and they desire what the others have...
Take Cuba as an example, when I went there everyone was happy and dancing and cheerful, even if they dont have money.

Reading this article made me spit on the floor, on how you describe your work as being soooo hard... When I first moved in new york I was working 3 jobs 18 hours a day minimum everyday to make a living. From Construction to Serving tables and rude people like you. And at least I had a degree and CS experience. I feel so sorry for you little princess but you deserved it. Take it up and live with it.
And failure is not a bad thing.
This only applies to the UK I guess... Hmm most of Uni's in the UK do not provide a proper degree... meaning you will go there for a CS degree and when you get out you won't know anything about CS... (only a bit)
But that applies almost everywhere, only when you get a job or you are an addict yourself and start reading and getting involved by yourself you will learn.
That doesn't apply to major uni's like Stanford or MIT... when you'll go there you'll seriously get out knowing your field.
