I should write a sequel now.
A few weeks ago I saw dozens of Singaporean kids showing off projects they'd built with the Micro:bit. They learned a good deal, had been very creative, and were clearly interested in learning more. Sounds like a good outcome.
That's what they tweeted at me.
So, good news: the CC-licensed photos are still there.
Not so good news: the bug was there for 5 days w/o being noticed or fixed.
I remember being astonished by Giger's vision in Alien. For years I hunted down posters, calendars, and books, which weren't always available or affordable. Like others here, I relished the Dark Seed game for its tribute to Giger.
This takes me back to an earlier stage of my life, and makes me very sad. What a vision!
American airports generally do a bad job is many areas. The number and access to electrical outlets can be awful. WiFi is usually nonexistent or for-fee and lame. And food is often just sad.
Good thought, andrew, but it still doesn't work for me. It's hard to wake up from a nap, and I'm dazed - and tired! - afterwards. I've tried this all times of day, and each time it's like being clobbered by a baseball bat.
