yeah something like that is decently easy on web... I think it may be a more significant challenge on the Mobile side. I'm also curious about things like... should we have 1 github repository for the base app and then branches for each customer, or some other type of code management setup.
I've hired many people in Peru for projects over the past few years. Your strategy is a good one. Having a solid Github portfolio and/or references from other people you've worked with is very important.
I can tell you the majority of angel investors in Dallas I've talked to that do not have experience with west coast deals do not like convertible notes.
We closed a note with Dallas investors that DID have experience w/ west coast deals that featured a cap and a discount.
I'm building a service right now that is a community site for people in the fashion photography (photographers/models/etc) world. The images that these people upload are sometimes much bigger than 8MB but we still need to optimize them for display on the web.
Would love to use something like Kraken as we'll be processing a TON of images, but 8MB limit would be a deal breaker.
I want a car.. but I don't necessarily need to own it. In fact, I find owning things to be a burden. It keeps me unnecessarily tied to a location, working for things I don't need really need, and things I don't really miss when they're gone. Having had the opportunity to do some traveling and live abroad (South America, I'm from the US), it's really changed my opinion on owning lots of things, cars included.
For the past 3 months I've been renting a car because I've needed it for a few particular reasons. However, I'm very glad that I can simply return it at whatever time I choose and be done with the responsibility of it.
or talk to us at Velocis (http://velocis.us). We like to consider ourselves a sort of plug-n-play co-founder to help new ideas succeed. In many cases, we take equity rather than charging like a normal dev shop or consultants.
Velocis is your technical co-founder. We specialize in building out an MVP rapidly and getting you to market. We're open to both cash and equity compensation depending on the details of the project.
Of course, we're also open to corporate clients with interesting projects. We can build just about anything :-)
I appreciate the vocal skepticism as I feel it's important, especially when it comes to this topic. Proper studies should be done, but if people want to take on the risk themselves to consume soylent then more power too them, so long as they know the risks.
I used a 2-axis acceleration sensor. Is located in the head it. It then measures the gravity mainly. The measured value, by the angle of rotation will change me. --- I will zero gravity measurement value measurements of the axis when the axis of the sensor was leveled to the ground ---. Position in the rotation I was divided into four regions. To detect the falling signal rising and in (up, down, left, right) the boundary position. (With a threshold detection value zero gravity fall detection circuit and rising that). I was triggered by a combination of (H, L signal using the threshold as zero gravity detection value) of H and the raw signal, L signal. Based on these signals, and to determine when to stretch or bend the leg.
