This person is apparently from Washington, I've gotten the same Lyft driver that drives his Tesla. It'd be funny if it was the same guy.
From my sample size of one, college kids that invested their entire savings into Tesla very early then cashed out some to buy a Tesla are the kind of Uber/Lyft driver to own a Tesla.
Includes tethering, for me at least. I use the $30/month prepaid which has a similar data plan structure. As far as I know, T-Mobile let's you do whatever you want with your phone and data.
I got off Grooveshark years ago because it was obvious it wasn't going to be around forever, I am actually pretty darn surprised they lasted as long as they did. Either you ignored the signs or were blissfully unaware.
I also use Lyft and Uber in Seattle, and I much prefer Lyft.
It's interesting, there are two totally different cultures when it comes to Lyft and Uber drivers. Lyft drivers are always happy to talk and love it when you sit in the front seat. Uber drivers are always pretty friendly but often encourage sitting in the back like a taxi. There are drivers that are both on Uber and Lyft and they are always great and seem to be more like a typical Lyft driver than an Uber driver.
Yup, I had this same issue before. Changing my campaign dates around would allow me to do a campaign. Sometimes I would have to start the campaign a couple weeks out.
Very interesting. My experience with Lyft in Seattle has been far better than my experiences with Uber/UberX. I've yet to have an Uber driver be nearly as nice and friendly as a Lyft driver. I do think the price can be lower on Uber sometimes though. Also Uber cars seem to be available more often. I still try Lyft first though.
I hosted a website a while back on Ramnode[1], it was like $7.50 for a SSD based VPS. Prices have actually gone down to $5 since I used it. Pretty similar specs compared to Digital Ocean. But I also used Google's pagespeed service[2] which caches everything on their servers so it was super fast to load wherever. Then I had a backup on another Ramnode VPS on the other side of the country. Never had any downtime.
I'm not super savvy in regards to hosting websites and services and what not, but it worked well for me. I don't know what would be required to host a service like Minimal Reader so this may not even work for you.
Google does indeed have customer support, for paid products. Very good support in my opinion, I've called them for Google Apps support and Adwords, they were very helpful and hold times were super short.
That does sound a bit high, they should have media mail from USPS as an option, it's pretty much the cheapest way to ship books. Shipping 1lb is about $3, and material should be at max $1. They should easily be able to ship a book for around $4.
