If you have very deep pockets like a nation has, why not simply replace the lost hardware and never insure/pay premiums(which would be calculated to net a profit to the insurer)?
conveniently sweeping aside the fact that those who depend the most on the 'inefficient' programs/agencies that are being 'optimized' are the poorest and weakest members of society. those who can afford private everything will be fine.
a lot of knowledge workers indeed use it (and ritalin/MPH) as a productivity enhancer
it feels (a bit too) good and helps for a while
if you have an addictive personality, you'll find out that, eventually you'll start abusing it, and there will be no turning back. you'll HAVE to 100% quit.
from the bottom of my heart: congratulations on making the web an unusable pile of garbage. It probably took a lot of effort, but you googlers incontestably pulled it off.

Thanks for contributing to making the web a worse place, little by little, brick by brick. It's still barely usable but I trust that one day you and your peers will manage to make it unusable at all.
