Evaluation is what happens when you give something as a parameter. Calling is what happens when you do "(f ...)".
Just a little concrete example:
Welcome to Racket v5.3.1.

This is not really the case -- they just don't care. In fact, they often revel in other people's pain (e.g. torture is common for psychopath serial killers). This is not the case with, for instance, people who are "high" on the autistic spectrum.

How do you know that?
Just in case it isn't obivious: What most people here seem to be saying is that what you're (and the article is) saying has not been shown by any stretch. Do you have any data and credible research to back it up?
