I'm so sorry you are being downvoted. The current enthusiasm for psychedelics is making it very difficult to talk publicly about all the dimensions of a highly nuanced topic.
"Security" is not a valid argument. I can easily firewall my machines or even unplug ethernet cables. What I CANNOT do is rewrite a huge chunk of software that my business depends on overnight.
So keep downvoting. It doesn't change anything in the real world.
1. Not making it clear to the client up front that I'm charging for the week whether they have enrolled me in their IT systems or not!
2. Not making it clear to the client up front that if they wanted me to do the work the following week I've also have to charge them extra for having to reshuffle my schedule.
With big companies this stuff is very hard to fix after the fact, it has to be part of the initial negotiation.

What I'm trying to do is use an example of another kind of discriminatory behaviour which is socially unacceptable to demonstrate to you that many people will find your words to be obnoxious and judge you harshly for them.
But hey, if you don't care about that kind of thing then it's not your problem I guess.
