Google uses different ways to decide if a webpage belongs to a specific country. Like domain name, search console country setting, server location, language, etc. Not sure if it's always 100% accurate...
The name comes from "Google Dorking", but replaced Google with Q since it's basically query search string dorking :) Nothing to do with the current Q-hype!

I am still working on it and in a couple of weeks you can change your handle, add random handles and change your email address. I am also thinking of adding basic statistics and improve the UX for people visiting the links/pages. Since that is also a big problem when using mailto-links. And some more UI sugar to make it look nice :)
Buy some really good bottles of whiskey, like the expensive stuff. Or other luxury goods that will increase in price and which you can trade for other stuff.
Look for alternatives for communications, possibly P2P and ways to connect with local communities.

Loads of frontend jobs and AngularJS really getting traction in the Netherlands (and rest of the world i guess). Learning MVC is a minimal requirement (backend and frontend) these days.
