This discussion is so old. Everybody knows that class schedules begin too early for kids. It's the teachers that keep later schedules from happening because they want their free time afterwards.

I don't see the why I would want to change my standard headphones for a technology that is bound to fail me over time, either by running out of juice or by a bluetooth hickup. I wouldn't buy a phone without a headphone jack. Period.
Before you sympathize with this man. He ripped of tons of people with a subscription scam in Germany a couple of years ago.
Before that he got a sentence for insider trades.
He is a criminal alright.

I recall getting a letter from megaupload a couple of years ago after I downloaded Firefox through their services "for free", asking me to pay some bullshit amount of money. Somehow they got their download link on top of all the others in Google. Did not pay because it was clearly a fraud. Many paid though. Later they busted the operation. In Germany that was.
That's my share on Kim Dotcom.
Filesharing is fine but the dude is a criminal trying to rationalize his deeds to evade punishment.
Divide et impera!
