Well, if this guy is selling his book for a programming language by the same title, what happens when someone buys it and realizes that it's for the wrong language? If there's no legal case to be made here, maybe I'll come up with a programming language and a set of websites/books/community groups dedicated to the language "Go." See it's different because it has a period at the end of it. My point is that McCabe's business, no matter how small, is being bullied and marginalized by Google.
