Seems like a strange thing to claim on the record. Not sure what kind of audience they’re targeting.

So confused. According to techcrunch article, they said Kalo the CEO's old company died. But if you look at TOS of Polywork is says: "Welcome to Polywork, the website and online and/or mobile service of Kalo Industries, Inc. d/b/a Polywork (“Company,” “we,” or “us”)." So Polywork is just DBA of Kalo.
