Windows Terminal
7-Zip. It does a lot more than just 7z archives. I don’t want to see adware naggy WinRAR ever again.
WinRAR still has a very useful feature/option that 7zip I don’t believe has. It has an auto-delete the archive after extraction option, which is great if you are bulk extracting a huge number of archives but are low on disk space.
And I don’t believe 7zip has an equivalent cli switch for that (last I looked), but I could be wrong..
Listary 6.
WSL2, Docker, vscode and your favourite Linux distribution.
Run git inside WSL2. Use vscode to edit with its server inside the WSL2 Env.

Couldn’t agree more. I’m the same as OP; years of OSX now back to Windows and this was the setup I went with. Everything (surprisingly) just worked.
What are you using Docker to do?
Windows Terminal. And reminder, you can use winget on prompt to install apps
Winget > scoop ?
