Yes, I've experienced a few poeple drilling the additional drainage holes on the bottom of the outdoor unit, when they experienced similar problems not having a "nordic" unit. With the nordic unit I mean the features mentioned above - heated compressor and the heating condenser vane.
Though, if it's snow blowing directly inside then I think creating some barrier or add additional shielding of the outdoor unit is required,so that you minimize the chance of the snow DDoS-ing the unit (note: check your unit's service manual for the minimum free distances from all sides of the unit, especially the front one that is the most important to be kept enough free space).
My preference is to not need to care about what I'm pasting into my notes app. As I use the app on mobile, desktop OS and store not only organized content there, but also random thoughts, incl. sensitive content. I love FreeDOS still exists! I used it ocassionally in past to load a new BIOS.exe to update a Dell Latitude laptop not having any Windows OS installed.
As you can read in the Rails 7 announcement, the webpacker is history already. Also, you don't even need to have the node present with ESM. So all this complex stuff you mention won't be soon required.
How do you actually compare performance/bechmark the app - are you testing/benchmarking both prod and dev directly on the box itself? I'm thinking, there might be other infrastructure shielding the production like load balancers, proxies and other involved (observability/security tooling running and slowing the prod server) compared to accessing the dev on M1 directly..
One important decision argument against AWS SES is their policy to keep bounce rate below 5% (account put under review, if unresolevd until end of month, will be suspended, with hard limit of 10%) [1] compared to least strict Postmark's bounce rate of 10% [2].
Sometimes for SAAS products with a huge userbase or freemium pricing model is super difficult to keep the bounce rate so low for transactional emails.

NiMH batteries are also offered in higher-end models like RAV4 AWDi, etc. Purchasing RAV4 in EU one doesn't even know at the time of purchase what battery type will arrive with the car, what I find kinda strange.
