I think most are doing it for the overhead space, which leads to my misunderstanding. Why did they charge for checked bags. Its the more time-consuming option, who would pay for that.

I think more risk-averse people would avoid a single property as their entire investment portfolio.
Everyone says "diversify" your investments. if you are more-risk averse, you should not be putting all your money into 1 bet or 1 property.

OPs point was tesla drivers are more likely to use the features. More cars being sold by other brands, could refute that but it doesnt necessarily. Its about the rate of usage of the software X total sales X avg. miles driven
but that still has a human loading it and arranging the bricks, which i presume is amongst the largest time sink, sometimes 2. It is probably a vast improvment in terms of human-power required though
