That is the title on their frontpage. Probably made by a Mädchen für alles (literally, "girl for everything").

I don‘t think you want to be the Passepartout of a corporation. It‘s rewarding at first, but the longer you try to fulfill that role, the more you will be exhausted. Imagine being involved in everything a company does. As someone already commented, it‘s a recipe for a burn-out.

You can register an account for free. You don't need to provide anything when registering an account, just choose an E-Mail and a password. Is that what you mean with "privacy preserving"?

In my city some of these buttons have no function other than blinking after you have pushed them. But it depends on the time. Early in the morning you have to push it, otherwise it will stay red forever.

So for me the sticker reads: "we are too incompetent at programming" :).

My other thought: "these don't look official, someone private has made them for a joke".

T470 was fine :). $Company thought that a "T490 must be better and good enough" :). In fact, if you cool down a T490 good enough, it _is_ faster than a T470, but in the end the T490 is useless for a developer that needs processing power.
