Does the $3000 (USD?) bounty seem low to anyone else? Prior to reading the timeline section at the bottom of the post I would have guessed a range of 25k to 50k as a bounty for such a severe vulnerability.
I often see Imposter Syndrome being discussed on HN and in other software development circles. While I have yet to face the feeling of being an imposter; this particular quote from the article strikes a bit of a nerve,
"Sturgeon’s law says “ninety percent of everything is crap”. I’ve found this to be true of developers. Nine out of ten developers are not just bad but incompetent."
I'm not a mathematician, but if this statement is true, chances are I am an awful developer. Knowing this, how do I and others proceed? Can we be useful on a team?
Hello All! I realize this is yet another framework, however the main reason I posted this is to hopefully get more people involved with the project, not self promotion. At the very least I would like to see a couple issues on Github complaining or booing my work so far.
Wow great improvement. I actually understand what your product is now. I really like that you made it clear it was for both teams and single users as this answered my first question of "Who is this made for?" after understanding your product's purpose.
As for the web design side of things I would look at maybe changing out the images with all those arrows at low screen sizes as the normal body text in those images gets too small to read. Lastly, from 770px to 795px wide I get a horizontal scroll bar in Chrome 40 on Windows.
Maybe this is the paranoid me talking, but the idea that you won't really even own your operating system scares me a bit. I don't want to depend on a company that much, even Microsoft. Not to mention privacy, if it is a service, are we the products? Thoughts?
Thanks for the 2.0 update Dave! I having been using Skeleton as a starting point for side-projects for a couple of years now. I really like how light it is compared to Bootstrap.
