I have been waiting for hyperinflation to occur in the US, as doomsayers have been predicting, for at least 25 years.
They may have been claiming it will happen for longer than 25 years but I've only been paying attention for 25 years.
At this rate, I think the Return of His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ may occur sooner than hyperinflation.
Is it for real this time? Is hyperinflation finally happening? I would love to wallpaper my bathroom in $100,000 bills after using four of them to pay off my mortgage.
If the website is still up what communications was banned?
Is Discord required to host content? If I was Discord, Inc. the last thing I would want on my website is a bunch of conspiracy nut jobs planning to take down the NWO.
I don't understand why people think they can require private entities to publicly disseminate their message for free.
If I submit content to Hacker News and they remove it because the administrators of Hacker News decided it is not a good fit for their website, can I sue them for violating my "RaIgHtS"?
Despite my moronicity all of my photos are on my hard drive, all of my emails are on my own hard drive, and all of my contacts and documents are on my own hard drive.
Not only are they all on my own hard drive, they are on my hard drive AND on a NAS-- oh AND the NAS copies all of my important stuff and throws it into the cloud (which I pay for).
So if Google (I don't use any Google products other than YouTube and search) deleted my account I would lose a grand total of 0 bytes of data.
If I'm 49% moron and I realized over a decade ago that relying on Google to store your valuable data (I think it was the "for free" part that made me suspicious) was a bad idea how is it happening to all of these people who I presume are <49% moron?
What is the overlap between cryptocurrency aficionados who rail against the "corrupt banksters who launder money for cartels and need to be replaced" and people who don't like this?
>Edit: would the downvoters like to explain themselves?
They will never explain themselves. You are a "degenerate enemy" for thinking that calling for BLM marchers to be run over in the streets is "in poor taste".
If reddit nukes a thread because it has been invaded by the type of person who has problems with open source community codes of conduct that require you to treat trans people with respect, that is a sign of it dying-- apparently.
Watch reddit die is just people complaining about "freeze speech" because they aren't allowed to tell homosexuals, feminists, and anti-bigots to kill themselves.
Is it still almost impossible to adjust the mouse and trackpad scroll speed/sensitivity, something that has been set by an easy-to-find slider in every operating system ever written since the invention of the scroll wheel, in Linux?
I can cite the recent "Conservative Bigots v. Twitter and others" cases, every single thread of political philosophy from anarchism to totalitarianism in which private property is allowed, and the terms of service that people agree to when using an online resource...
...and all they can do is wave their hands and chant "censorship".
Private property includes the freedom to restrict what occurs on that property. Reddit is private property.
Same goes for Hacker News.
Let freedom ring!
edit: guess people don't like freedom :-(
Would Hacker News be "censoring" me if they deleted my submission to TIMECUBE? Isn't it "MAH RAIGHT" to proselytize my sincere and deeply-held beliefs about TIMECUBE?
Are you CENSORIZING MAH FREEZE PEECH by downvoting and thus hiding from public view, this comment?
Should parents who take tax deductions (PuBLiC FuNdInG) for children perform an Oxford-style debate to discuss the merits whenever they tell their kids to brush their teeth and go to bed?
If the government gives you money, it is yours. No strings attached that you didn't agree to before receiving the money.
