I saw her ted talk to understand more about her viewpoint. Looks like she is only interested in increasing the demands for black people and that too women. Because she says, "products should be tested on all types of customers". The natural follow up to this is how do we define types? Race is only the first level, very soon within race also, we will see people forming groups.
