Ff extension management is unusable for 5 or more extensions.
Need extensions to prevent sites from blocking select, copy, paste. I want an extension manager extension that let's me quick toggle extensions but ff apis don't currently support this from what I understand.
Correct I value basic usability (the ability to use many plug-ins in this case) over privacy. This is why I don't use proton, cause I can't actually get anything done with it.
Is the another non chromium browser that can handle more than 5 extensions?
Ff extension management is terrible which i find unusable in an age where I need extensions to prevent sites from removing usability features like select, copy, and paste.
I'm using brave but I don't fully understand how it's related to chromium and if it's a true fork that they are going to be able to maintain independently. I have many many extensions in brave and an extension manager that let's me toggle them right from a drop down. Any suggestions?
Sorry for us being skeptical of 140 character claims...
I don't see how that url means Google is doing this, when none of us have been able to verify. There could be 100 different things touching your email doing this.
Pretty sure most hn wants this to be true as a reason to sharpen pitchforks.
Just like law enforcement has always done, it uses the tools at its disposal. There are many mechanisms that require elevation and precedence already like a subpoena. Further more pgp is already in the wild, this bill will just force liability over towards the platforms and make them open up.
A fundamental requirement of a free society is encrypted communication, always has been. Im amazed given how the police state has grown since 9/11 that there are 'poor police' arguments et all. Government always grows in scope. The secret fica courts that were intended for terrorism only ended up being 50% domestic drug cases.
There are soooo many regulations that add barriers to mobility in Germany. The weird employment recommendation coded letter, and the fact that you literally cannot fire anyone.
Airlines are controlled and limited by regulation to where its no longer "free" and you can't vote with your dollar cause you are a guarantee. There are very few airlines that offer more legroom and even then it's not comfortable. Same with telecoms. TV industry lacks competition in this regard as well but largely due to the centralized manufacturing. I also blame modern ip law as many of these companies have rediculous protections increasing cost of entry.
But wha tid your remote be those artificial gov overhead costs designed to fail it out. Fro. What I understand the raw material is leased from the gov at high rates.
Extract interface, implement interface, extract method, move(to own file) only exist for go and c# via jet rains and are practical for anyone writing real world code.
Yes but they are clearly missing something and that's simplicity. I use goland because ei get go refractor and move utilities but I get annoyed when I feel like I have to fight it to do simple things. I think the default keyboard shortcuts between the two products show a lot.
All of this legal infighting is our tax payer dollars fighting tax payer dollars to stop the spending of tax payer dollars on the spying of the tax payers..
