I went from early bitcoin adopter to early bitcoin skeptic and despite missing most of the gains I have no regrets.
During the early days the crypto space was concentrated to small online communities. People were mostly interested about the technology and the talk of price was limited, in the context "mass adoption". Nowadays it's about the price and the memes. Add to that the money laundering, energy waste and these abductions. Too many smart people work on these pointless projects instead of useful tech that benefits society.
Interesting as I'm considering buying a scope. Does this still give the most bang for your buck in 2023? Many online commenters mention the Siglent SDS1104X-E as a more modern alternative.
On top of that Octave is not 100% MATLAB compatible, especially if are into more complex projects with toolboxes. I wasted tons of time try to do a college assignment in Octave before turning to MATLAB.

I'm so glad to have exited crypto years ago. The space is filled with get-rich-quick people, apparently they don't even understand how blockchain works.
That is barely scratching the surface. I remember reports on reddit of people buying newly listed crypto assets in advance. That was in ~2016 and they didn't even try to hide.

Did you get diagnosed by a professional? I suspect I suffer from the same rare symptoms but I am too affraid to ask an ophthalmologist on such a rare condition.
This is not new at all. I recall reading a post on reddit describing insider trading at coinbase years ago. That was back in 2016 when they added ETH.
