Hey guys!
I have recently become more and more interested in building a portfolio of mobile apps. But getting enough impressions on AppStore/GooglePlay isn't easy.
So I decided to build a website where you can submit your apps for free, and you get links to your AppStore/GooglePlay, people can vote and comment, etc.
I would love to get some feedback on this site, what would you do different, any good tips on getting some more traffic, etc.
The site is called GoAppyGo (https://goappygo.com).
I think Lua is easier for beginners. What I really like about Solar2D is that you can build simple things from scratch with only a few lines of code. And you don't have to think about the editor/studio that comes with Defold.
I've used Solar2D/Corona SDK for a while and I'm really satisfied with the engine. You can build prototypes insanely fast and it's easy to get started with.
The documentation is great, but there could be more examples.
I've even released a game with the engine that got featured by Apple :-D
Hi! Not exactly something I build, but I'm working on expanding my YouTube channel. If you're interested, I make tutorials video for Django, Vue, ++ :-)
