Correct, brain drain only exacerbates wealth stratification on a global scale and inhibits local development. It is not generosity, it is an empire absorbing potential competition.
We don't need immigration to feed a pyramid scheme. We need a responsible level of population for what's best for our high rents, congested cities, and carbon footprint.
The chin was probably the best idea for speakers but it's not a worthwhile tradeoff. The decision to have a chin makes it look dated and I would have preferred a rounded back instead.

There is a significant amount of people on the left that want to grant citizenship to anyone experiencing or will experience: violence, poverty, domestic abuse, and harsh climate conditions.
An economic system simply can't be based around population growth. We're already living unsustainably (with respect to carbon) and population growth works against that. Immigration to keep borrowing money is postponing the inevitable.
Encouraging brain drain and people to flee their developing nations works against world stability, competition, prosperity, and quality of life.
