I think you're missing the fact that running a successful school is much easier when you can kick out anyone you want for any reason.
Schools have been underfunded for decades. They're part of our failing infrastructure. Teachers pay for supplies out of their own pockets. Education 5% of our federal budget. The military is 60%.
You can blame the specter of incompetence, but it's ultimately our fault for electing leaders who aren't acting in our best interests.
I think fundraisers should be banned as part of the process... or perhaps max contributions should be capped per student. They almost universally benefit the kids who have better connected and wealthier parents.
One immediate example: a local school had a fundraiser for portable air cleaners for each classroom to help reduce the risk of covid. The poorer schools have nothing, and of course the poorer schools are in poorer neighborhoods where there are more minorities that are already disproportionately impacted by covid.
So replace roads with tubes containing a fixed track that prevents animals, weather, and people from interfering. Then add tube outlets to areas that are frequented by most travelers. You could even put these tubes underground to save space, and instead of large individual cars you could optimize the vehicles for many passengers in a small amount of space.
Are there comparable jobs in the country today? Entry level with no experience for $75k/year? Seems like the norm is more like $31k without adjusting for inflation?

I'm totally fine with furries or NSFW art, but the school girl trope is gross and its perpetuation fetishizes underage women whether you like it or not.
