Here in Austin TX, there is a company, ICON that is trying to mass 3D print homes. It is not going so good. They are slower than framing, drywall & mason crews. Also final finish is ugly in my opinion.
Robert Laszlo Kiss on YouTube is very good. You gotta know the basics of perspective (single point, two point ans three point perspective) to advance in drawing / painting.
Everything is a box in perspective. Then you fill in the details from there.
