I agree, which is why most people aren't just taking the drug. They're using the drug to help improve overall health, from better eating, reduced obesity related issues (joints/sleep/metabolism) and are able to start getting healthier. It's not a magic bullet, but it's a significant leg up.
The implication being most overweight people are lazy and impulsive. This is totally broken, there are factors that make some people more inclined to put in weight and what these drugs demonstrate is that our environment of unlimited and manufactured food breaks the normal mechanisms keeping people in a healthy weight. These drugs aren't a magic bullet, what you're able to do on them is exercise the control that many people who don't struggle with their weight can do every day.

The report states that the UK will be £311bn worse off by 2035 due to leaving EU. The UK is not better off with Brexit at all, it is severely hindered by removing itself out of a trading agreement with it's nearest partners. My very basic understanding is you customise the mRNA payload towards the immune system targetting the mutating cells that have caused cancer in a patient (after the cancer material has been surgically removed). This prevents the cancer from re-occuring.
Plus the cocktails of SARMS and other experimental / unapproved drugs that are circulating currently. And bodybuilder test doses are nothing close to HRT Testosterone from doctors.
They are secretive about taking drugs though, because they're things like unsafe doses of anabolic or 'not for human consumption' experimental or substances intended for animals.
We do (or did) have modular options. The Chromecast audio was almost perfect in this regard, a $25 dongle that could be added to any amp/speaker setup and do all the 'smart' you needed including multiroom. Google have pulled it though, presumably the margins aren't there for $25 dongles vs $150 integrated devices. Given nobody else has stepped in to fill the void left by chromecast audio, I'm guessing it just isn't commercially viable.
