Why is there a lack of women in tech and a lack of females founders?
Is it because maybe tech companies see women as being incapable or unwillingly to use new technology?? like all things change takes time i think it is important to encourage everyone, regardless of gender,to embrace technology for their work and just generally in everyday life

i dnt think its really the problem with tech companies, its women that might not be interested in technology!! but thats just my thought!! but i do agree that they should encourage women to be in tech!! :))
