Yes, I found out after a while. I ended up doing just that. Last thing to figure out is how to send the mail as is, meaning for now I pick the HMTL part and send it setting the content type. But this way lacks the Text version of the email.
Justice is not a binary thing. For example, given a same crime committed by 2+ different persons, punishment can't be the same because of the personnalities, the reasons that led each one to do what they did.
I've read that for 20 to 30 years, the US tried to make justice somewhat automated by providing some kind of grids the judges had to stick to. They stopped in 2005 because it was really not working.
You should read "Practical Wisdom" for a starter. There is more in this book than justice but everything is worth reading so you won't waste your time :)
1 - You can do both. You can either place a `.vimrc` file in any of your projects and/or add specific settings in your global `.vimrc` file the way I show in my article.
2 - Vim will load 2 files for configuration. The global `.vimrc` and the one in the directory you are in, eg. often the root directory of your projet. The latter being prior.
I'll keep digging up.
Thanks for following up!
