Well, then setup a consultancy that charges that amount, and hire most of the people in the GPU driver reversing projects like Nouveau, Freedreno, Lima, etc. and pocket the difference (GPUs are the most complex hardware out there, so you should be covered skill-wise).
I guess most of those guys would be content with a 100-200k$ wage (or possibly much less), so you can pocket the other 200k$+.
