We built Builder Lab to solve a problem we saw with our internship program. Developers spending too much time researching tools instead of building.
It's a curated database of 200+ developer tools across 15+ categories, each with:
- Hand-picked by experienced developers
- Clear use cases and difficulty levels
- Complete implementation examples
- Step-by-step integration guides
"Entrepreneurs and executives should make sure their employees have good mental health for economic reasons, if not for ethical ones. Employees in a healthy workspace have better performance, engagement, retention, well-being, and happiness levels."
Sorry about that! I think it belongs to both parties to make each others job easier so that they both gain the most from the boss <-> employee relationship. I’m sorry that your boss is so bad that you hate them so much.
Great Article @prostoalex.
In our company, we make the Feedback process easily done by using Happierco (www.happierco.com) to keep track of everything than to performance management. And there's always a room to improve the process.
1. List too many goals
2. Set goals that are incomprehensible and imprecise
3. Set goals not ambitious
4. Set Unrealizable Goals
5. Define non-measurable key results
6. Objectives not aligned with the company vision.
7. Confuse OKRs with tasks
8. Set only top-down goals
9. Misallocation of resources needed to complete OKRs
10. Keep hidden OKRs
11. Do not follow progress every week
12. Do not appoint a person responsible for monitoring OKRs
13. Determine the compensation and performance of employees from OKRs
14. Do not evaluate the completion of OKRs at the end of the period
We've heard a lot about OKRs, but how do we effectively implement the methodology into our company's culture? To get the method working correctly as it did for Google, you must do it right.
1. Communicate about OKRs
2. Choose a tool
3. Organize OKRs
4. Set company OKRs
5. Set team OKRs
6. Set individual OKRs
7. Edit and improve all OKRs
8. Evaluation
9. Mistakes to avoid.
