The two largest countries, USA & France, have built 1 plant each, both for 2-4x the original cost, and are 10-15 years late.
France has cancelled the only other plant, and the USA has done the same, spending $4.6bn to cancel the plant at the 60% mark
Their fleets are now verging on >90% 30 years old, and they are opting to extend the lives rather than build new ones.
On the other hand... China is crushing out plants. It is the only country to be accelerating. China will be a nuclear power IP exporter and potentially the only country that has the knowhow and capability to build these plants.
This dynamic of a superior vs underling criticism is an angle I find fascinating. I know that if I received criticism from people that I consider I am above in the corporate pecking order I take that criticism way differently to if I received that criticism form someone who I consider "above me".
Specifically for the GRE the books I used was Manhattan series both the course and the 5 lb. book of problems. For learning in general the ones that have helped me the most are Ultralearning as mentioned, Tim Ferris' series of books, Art of Learning by Josh Waitzkin. I also rate Atomic Habits by James Clear and The War of Art by Steven Pressfield to create the underlying habits that are needed for this.
As a bit of a left field set of books, I love getting inspired by amazing fantasy characters. Characters that have superpowers. Kvothe from the King Killer Chronicles, Luo Ji in the The Dark Forest. I always walk away inspired when I read a scene about a character rapidly acquiring skills.
Good thing I plan to take 2-3 days to get into Ketosis, and good thing I have about 5% extra body fat so my heart is safe. Point of fasting for me isn't weight loss - pretty happy with my rig as it is. Why should you transition out of ketosis slowly?
So I usually hit 1L as I wake up. I am always dehyrdated when I wake up. I usually crush out another 2-3 litres across the rest of the day. With tea I suspect that it pushed me upwards of another litre. If I work out I'll usually have another waterbottle worth. This is basically what I would do normally.
I do maintain a workout schedule but not as intense as yourself. Sounds like you're running pretty close to the edge of all your limits if you can't skip even a single meal.
Individual here for you to talk to. "On my 60 day fast"... Mate - you are in the big leagues compared to me. For us mere mortals smelling meat cooking while I'm hungry kills me . As for salt, I do have salt now. Found out the hard way. Your mileage may vary.
