I used to work with Myron Ebell. Setting aside his views on climate change, I don't believe he's qualified to lead a federal agency. His position at the Competitive Enterprise Institute has involved almost no leadership experience. And I don't know how anyone could expect him to keep any part of the environment clean after seeing his office. You couldn't see the floor under all those books and papers.
